I wouldn't even consider talking to this guy any more. Sounds like neither
he nor the real owner seriously want to sell this bike. And definitely not for this price.
There are lots of other, better taken care of Savages around as you've read in
all previous posts.
Take your time, look around and eventually you will find a better one for a better
price.
